Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cash back for classes, class packs, drop-ins, promotional offers, memberships, or retail purchases. Refunds will be provided only where required by applicable law.
Class Cancellation Policy
To respect instructor time and limited studio capacity:
Cancel at least 2 hours before class to avoid a fee.
Late Cancel Fee: $15 (cancellations within 2 hours of class)
No-Show Fee: $15 (missed class without attending)
Fees may apply to members and package holders. Management may waive a fee at its discretion for rare emergencies.
Late Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes before class to find parking and settle in, door locks 3 minutes after class time. Late arrivals will be charged $15 no show fee if denied at the door. For safety and class flow, late arrivals may be denied entry once class begins. If you are denied entry due to late arrival, it will be treated as a no-show.
Chargebacks / Payment Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can review and resolve it promptly.
Guest Option Alert:
Please note that our Bring a Guest option is not available at this time. If you plan to attend with a friend, each person must create their own account and purchase their own drop-in credit. Refunds will not be issued for booking errors related to this option.
